The Wedding Cake is only second to the Wedding Gown in determining the style and mood of the wedding.
It should also reflect the bride and groom's personality and taste.
Your wedding cake should be as unique as you are. Choose among styles ranging from traditional to contemporary -- simple to dramatic --whimsical or romantic.
At your wedding cake
consultation,
you will be
able to taste several flavors of cakes and fillings to make the
perfect choice for your wedding. There is no charge for
the consultation, and you may invite up to two additional
guests. Plan to set aside an hour to an hour and half
(depending on the size of you cake) for this consultation.
Please be prepared to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of your cake order. This deposit reserves your date on my booking calendar.
The balance of your cake order is due three weeks before your wedding. Any deposits for cake stands and other accessories are also due at that time. Accessory deposits are fully refundable upon on time return of undamaged items.
Your wedding cake package includes these extras for which other wedding cake designers charge additional fees:
· Your choice from my large selection of cake and filling flavors
· You may select a different flavor combination for each tier of your cake (up to three combinations).
· A wide variety of design elements that I consider “basic” designs, and do not incur a design up-charge
· No rental fee for use of accessories and silver cake plateaus (only a refundable security deposit is required).
· Delivery is included in the cost of your cake, up to 10 miles. Beyond that, a reasonable delivery fee is charged based on actual mileage ($10 minimum), plus $20 per hour of travel time.
