Consultations

Consultations with cake tastings are complimentary and are reserved for tiered cakes serving 80 guests or more.

Appointment times are usually scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. On occasion, and upon availability, other times may be made available.

Minimum Order

There is a $400 minimum total order for all Wedding and Large Special Occasion Cakes. Your total order, including all
delivery fees (if applicable) and special decorations must equal $400 or more.

Kitchen cakes are available at $2.00/serving and can be added after a minimum of a tiered cake for 100 is ordered.

Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to reserve my services for your date. The deposit is applied to the final balance of your order.
Three weeks before your wedding, the final balance is due, plus NC Sales Tax.

Delivery

Delivery to most Triangle receptions sites is included in the cost of the cake. Deliveries beyond 20 miles are charged
a minimum $25 delivery fee, plus mileage. Long distance deliveries are available and are charged on a "per mile" plus
travel time basis.

I am sorry, but I do not offer Sunday Deliveries. We are closed on Sundays.

Flowers

Unless I am personally creating handmade sugar flowers for your cake, flowers are not included in the cost of your
cake. If you use fresh flowers, most of the time you will have your florist set aside flowers and have them waiting on the
cake table when I arrive with the cake. I am then happy to arrange them on your cake for you, at no additional charge.

If you are selecting pre-made sugar paste flowers to be arranged on your cake, you can either order them directly from
my wholesale supplier and have them shipped to me, or bring them to me at least a week before the wedding. As a
courtesy, I can also order them on your behalf and then have you reimburse me for the cost of the flowers plus shipping.

We accept Personal Checks, Cash and Visa/Mastercard via Pay Pal (3.2% service fee added for Pay Pal service)
